I bought an iPhone a month or so back, but last week I lost the sound from the phone earpiece. Whoever I'm on the phone to can hear me, but I can't hear the. Searched online and discovered that this is a common problem, but none of the suggested fixes have worked for me.
Any ideas? Can I just turn up at any Apple Store and get it sorted?
