I tried to do the update on my work laptop, which is the same laptop I typically sync on. It failed with an unknown error 14 and then the screen had the iTunes icon and the plug icon on it.
So when I got home I did the update on my iBook, sucessfully.
Now, when I try to sync again off my work laptop, nothing happens. I hit the sync button and nothing. No errors, nothing in my iphone's screen. Basically, I can't get my music back on my phone!
Anyone know what's going on here?
