This has just started happening since I updated to 3.1.2. My phone will send the message on my side but the people I am sending to don't recieve it, but heres the weird thing, some people get it and others don't. I can recieve some of the messages they send me, but not all, and they can't get any of the messages that I send them. Whats there to do? Oh and its a 3Gs
