I had someone tell me my voicemail box was full and couldn't leave a message. I didn't have too many messages in my visual voicemail on the iPhone, but deleted them all and cleared the deleted messages folder. My voicemailbox was still full!! I pressed and held '1' on the keypad to dial into the ATT voicemail server... It told me I had 31 unheard messages!!
I had 2 weeks of messages that I had never heard. After I listened to acfew and deleted them, I can get messages again on the iPhone? Anyone reading this should check their mailbox on the ATT server and see if you are missing voicemails!
I called ATT suppor. And they suggested rebooting my iPhone to resync to voicemail server. This did not work. Anyone else?
