eBay offers NO SUPPORT in Real Estate Transactions! If there is to be no support or recourse for fraudulent, misrepresented, or incompleted Real Estate transactions that leave the buyers hanging then eBay should should not allow this category or transactions. Poor Customer Support!|||Real Estate transactions on eBay are not binding. They are only meant to be a lead. Here is the relevant policy page: Real Estatefriends Director,|||I guess you did not read the policies regarding Real Estate and or the listing very carefully.|||Why then did you leave positive feedback for the seller?|||state laws very on realestate purchases. when we bought the land here we had to state we had "walked" it. so eBay couldn't comply with ever statelaw , so they tell you ahead of time these transactions aren't binding|||When it comes to Real Estate transactions eBay is no different than the classified ads in the newspaper. This is clearly stated several times throughout the eBay website. Sellers are doing nothing more than advertising a property................................................................................................. ================================================ . Happy thoughts for a Happy Life!|||Realstate transactions have a lot of laws attached to them, the change from state to state. Selling a Comic or an Video Game does not, unless its a fake or pirated. You protection for realstate is a lawyer. Its absolutely silly to think eBay would be in any position to offer any sort of protection for realstate sales.|||What happened? Did you find out that you had to pay lots of fees to get the property? Or what? No matter what an ad says, you have to comply with the State law for real estate, ebay won't support you - it is between you and the seller.
