So Much For Ebay Bucks

What a joke this program is. I bought an item and went to use my Ebay Bucks (2.23) and it did'nt even work. The seller only accepts Propay ,thus Ebay Bucks does'nt work unless you use Paypal. What a joke this program has turned out to be.|||So buy something from someone who takes PayPal.|||I save a ton of money when the Ebay bucks coupons come out. I think I got over $100 one month. It's like free money for me.|||I Agree buy from someone else.... If you do a lot of buying the ebay bucks is a great program I also have saved good every month Thank you ebay for the E Bucks Program !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!|||Love people who don't follow the rules and then whine.....|||It would be cool if ebay would offer the bucks to my BUYER account, rather than seller. Even though I'm not selling now, I won't/don't buy with my seller ID.|||||||||Yep your right, just like people selling fake baseball cards.
