Use of eBay Internation Trading as broker for Craigs List sale?
Hi, I have looked at a piece of machinery, listed on Craigslist in Colorado & Wyoming. After contacting the seller, he stated that he would ship machinery to me, for inspection, after I send funds to eBay International Trading. They would hold my funds, until I inspect and accept the machine. Then I contact Ebay I.Trading and they will then send funds to seller - IF I do not like machine, after inspection, eBay I.Trading will send funds back to me and seller get machine back. (seller is paying the shipping costs). IS THIS HOW EBAY INTERNATIONAL TRADING WORKS??? Or is this a SCAM? Appreciate any help with this mater. Thanks.|||100% SCAM.|||SCAM !!!!|||Definite SCAM. eBay is not an escrow company. They don't hold money for any transactions, even on eBay.friends Director,|||SCAM SCAM SCAM|||Total Scam as there is NO such entity as Ebay International Trading Nothing on Craig's list has anything to do what so ever with Ebay. This is a common scam and you will lose your money. Nobody including Ebay holds money, until the buyer approves/inspects. We see this exact/ and or variations scam several times a week. Look here, different wording , same scam Link NO seller will ship for free on machinery, vehicles, boats etc. Ebay does NONE of the things your seller claims. This simply is NOT how Ebay works. Craig's warns of these scams and nobody listens, until they lose all their $|||Ebay never is, was or will be a "broker" for a Craig's sale.|||We see too many posts like this from single-posters who never come back as far as we know.
