Seller claims no payment received AND won't send item I won!

My name is Seriouscollect66 and I purchased a box of 25 DVDs from user Teamblackgator_0 . The seller claims I never paid, yet a postal monye order was mailed certified to the seller's address. To make it worse, the seller left me two NEGATIVE feedbcaks. The hostility of this seller is unbelievable if one reviews the negative feedback that the seller receives, you can see that all responses to the negative feedback are as far as the seller can go in posting challenging, hateful, sarcastic, and crude remakrs. Does anyone have similar problems with this seller and does anyone have any idea as to what I can do to recover the money that the buyer states he or she did not receive and/or receive the items that I purchased many months ago? I plead for someone's help!! Thank you!!|||Sellers cannot leave buyers negative feedback. You have no recourse with eBay for paying with a method that isn't approved for use on eBay. Money orders are no safer than mailing cash.|||or receive the items that I purchased many months ago if it's been longer than 60 days , then nothing eBay can/will do. you'd have to file a mail fraud case , might not do anything either . next time use pay pal.|||Check with usps to see if money order was cashed. If it was cashed see what to do about stolen money order being cashed or if they have a way to trace who or where it was cashed.|||"I never paid, yet a postal money order was mailed certified to the seller's address. To make it worse, the seller left me two NEGATIVE feedbacks." You have no recourse for a refund, except to leave NEG feedback for the seller. Ebay/Paypal's buyer protection does NOT exist , when you pay via a money order. If the seller's comments qualify for the Feedback Abuse Policy, by all means report and request the feedback be removed. Look here Link Unless you can get a copy (front and back) of the money order, proving the Money Order was cashed by the seller, then you are out of luck with the UID (Unpaid item dispute). You must be able to prove the seller received and cashed the MO. You can go to where you purchased the MO and find out if it was cashed and get a copy. If not cashed , then cancel the MO and get your money back from the MO issuer. You can state the MO was lost in the mail. This is exactly WHY, money orders are not a great idea for purchasing on Ebay. Ebay encourages only these accepted payment methods for purchase. Look here Link IF you are going to insist on paying by a NON approved, unsafe method, you will find this situation is common.|||"or receive the items that I purchased many months ago if it's been longer than 60 days , then nothing eBay can/will do. " Ebay can and will do nothing, since there is NO Buyer Protection when a MO is used.|||A review of your feedback (NEGS received) on this user name, does not show any NEGs received from this seller. How long ago was this issue and what user ID did you use to purchase? Without seeing the "Negs left by the seller" it is impossible to see, if the Negs would qualify for feedback removal under the Feedback Abuse policy.|||"The hostility of this seller is unbelievable if one reviews the negative feedback that the seller receives, you can see that all responses to the negative feedback are as far as the seller can go in posting challenging, hateful, sarcastic, and crude remarks" A review on toolhause hardly shows this. Unprofessional, a bit sarcastic, YES, hateful and crude it is not. Your situation must have been a very long time ago, since none of the negs or comments relate to you. At this late date, you have no recourse with the money order (more than 12 months ago). Time to move on.|||How long has it been since sellers could not leave negative feedback for buyers? serious- This old issue is way beyond the time that ebay or anyone else can help you all you can do it chalk it up to experience and move on. If someone stole your money, all you can do is deal with law enforcement on this.Even when I am telling a lie I am truthful. Rick|||How long has it been since sellers could not leave negative feedback for buyers? Since May of 2008 - going on 2 years now. Someone pass me an explanation and a Tanq on the rocks please ...|||One (not 2 as stated) "negative postive" was left for the OP on May-07-09 by their seller .... here's a link to the FB ... Link OP leaves a follow-up to seller's FB saying "REFUSED PAYMENT" but in post 1 OP says seller says he didn't receive the payment.|||Even if you have proof that the seller cashed the money order it is next to impossible to do anything about it. You can have that feedback removed though.||||||1-since when can sellers leave neg FB? 2- report fraud at post office.|||It is negative comments in positive feedback and it is removable. filing mail fraud won't get you a refund.
